SmartBro WiMax: Final Review

Finally some good news: the Pre-Termination Fee (PTF) for my SmartBro WiMax has been waived! After almost a two-month wait, I can have it disconnected for good without worries. And they have also submitted a request for Monthly Service Fee (MSF) reversal - which I actually don't need, but thanks anyway. :)

I would like to thank Angie (she didn't give me her surname) from Customer Care for handling my request.

  2. hello, tulong naman po. same prob po sa wimax ko. 3 weeks na running lights. i wanna disconnect this crap without paying the rest of the remaining months.

  4. TWICE na po ako pumunta miss proud, pero sabi nung kausap ko na i forward muna nila sa network support kung may prob ba sa signal or sa device. zzz. working daw yung device pag running lights blah blah..badtrip

  5. same problem as mine, ang sabe sakin sira na daw yung device kaya for replacement na, tapos nag punta ko sa wireless center wala daw stock ng wimax device. gusto ko rin sana ipa terminate yung subscription ko :( tapos kuha nalang ng bago, ang hirap kase pag nag aantay ang bagal pa naman ng ng customer service nila.

  6. yup ganun talaga e. mag-email ka na lang din sa NTC. or email ka sa customer service ng Smart tapos i-cc mo ang NTC.
